Operations Manager

Formally a geography teacher, Chris is the founder of The Geography Fieldwork Academy based in Southwold. However, Chris has always had an interest in willow due to its resilience and versatility. He started planting willow on his farm during the Covid-19 pandemic and the rest is history.

Having lived in Suffolk his whole life, Josh is no stranger to working outside. Upon completing his postgraduate Physiology and Nutrition Msc degree at Loughborough University he moved back to Southwold and partnered up with Chris and Charlie to establish Heritage Willow.

Weaver

Charlie has also lived in Suffolk his whole life and is veteran RNLI lifeguard. Whilst he loves the water, he is also a qualified physiotherapist. However, Charlie is a skilled willow weaver and craved a career weaving outside all year round.
